1. What's the advantage of the desktop digital ceramic printing system compare to the copier system?

The initial investment is about the 10% of the copier system, and the running cost is also cheaper , the printer is new model and all the parts and service are easy to get.

2. How many kinds of ceramic toners you have?

We have dozens different ceramic toners for different applications. Have toners for glass, for porcelain, have 550oC, 800oC and 1200 oC toners we also have lead-free toners.

3. Can your ceramic toners be used in all kinds laser printer/copier? 

Every printer has its own toners, this can be confirmed by any laser printer manufacturer or dealer. we have many toners for some model colour laser printers/copiers.

4. Can you custom make ceramic toners for other printers?

Yes, we can custom make ceramic toners for any laser printer if the toner order is big enough.

5. Do you have a high temperature toners for bisque firing?

Yes, we have such toners.

6. Do you have food-safe ceramic toner? I sometimes use decal on dish plates.

7. Do you supply ceramic toner cartridges for laser printers?

Yes, we have many different toner developer cartridges for laser printers.

8. Do you manufacture your own transfer papers?

Yes, we developed some transfer papers which don't need lamination after printing, the images printed on this paper can be fired at a very fast firing speed without any defects.

9. Do you supply porcelain tiles for porcelain photo business?

Yes, we are supplying the tiles for this business, and is developing the white glass for this process.

10. Can I still do normal printing using the same printer for ceramic printing ?

Yes, you can, our desktop ceramic decal printing system can easily switch between the ceramic printing and the normal office printing just by change the toner cartridges.

11. Can you guaranty the ceramic toner working ?

Yes, we can guaranty our ceramic toners working, and will give full refund if anyone can not working under our instruction when using our ceramic toners.
